NCFS Journal Entry - NCFS Release 1

About This Role

The Journal Entry security role will allow users to log into the NCFS system and navigate the journal entry process step by step.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Create journal entries using spreadsheet upload
  • Review daily deposit report and cash availability report

Obtaining This Role

A Security Request must be submitted by the Agency Security Adminstrator to create/change roles assigned to an employee's position. The required training classes must be completed before the position gains security access to the requested role.

 

Required Training:

  • GL100a (completed prior to 2024)
