A new Merchant Card contract was awarded with an effective date of May 24, 2024, to First Date Merchant Services LLC (FDMS). The contract is for a 5-year term with two optional one-year renewal periods.
The components of the contract (Number 500200-000) as represented by FDMS's Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and Payment Solutions Agreement (PSA) are the result of FDMS’s response to the State’s Request for BAFO document. The documents are available below:
